ABOUT US
ReDiscover’s adult and youth Behavioral Health Urgent Care Clinics (BHUCC) help individuals 5 years old and up in need of immediate mental health services.
Our Urgent Care Clinics provide same-day access to treatment and medications during acute and crisis situations and help eliminate the need for clients to rely on emergency rooms for mental health and substance use needs.
What to Expect
Our urgent care clinics serve anyone age 5 and older with an immediate need for mental health or substance use services. We are here to help stabilize your mental health symptoms and assist in getting you connected to community resources to meet your mental health and substance abuse needs.
When visiting one of ReDiscover Urgent Care Clinics, you will meet with:
- our front desk staff to fill out paperwork.
- a counselor tech who will complete your brief treatment plan
- a nurse for a brief medical assessment
- a QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional)
- a psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse practitioner
- a Community Support Specialist
ReDiscover also offers a Youth Behavioral Health Urgent Care Clinic that is open seven days a week to any youth age 5 to 18 accompanied by a parent or guardian and in need of immediate mental health or substance use services regardless of income.

- Behavioral Health Assessment
- Substance Use Assessment
- Nursing Assessment
- Psychiatric Medication Assessment
- Same Day Suboxone Services
- Short-term Community Support services
- Referral to community resources
- On-Site Pharmacy (M-F 9 am to 5 pm)
- Peer support specialist services
Who We Serve:
ReDiscover’s Behavioral Health Urgent Care Clinic serves Missouri residents and accepts Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, and self-pay clients. ReDiscover has a sliding fee scale for those who need financial assistance.
