ABOUT US
ReDiscover’s Health Club provides clients enrolled in ReDiscover’s Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program with one-on-one and group coaching in exercise, nutrition, tobacco cessation, gardening, and overall wellness. Our Health Club coaches meet clients where they are in their wellness journey and collaborate with them to create healthy and sustainable habits.
ReDiscover understands the significance of client physical and mental health within our Health Club and supports clients in their wellness journey.
Who We Serve:
ReDiscover’s Health Club serves Missouri residents and accepts Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, and self-pay clients. ReDiscover has a sliding fee scale for those who need financial assistance.
